My name is Adam Howard Sr.

I started at Rouleau's Tae Kwon Do in October of 2003. This art and school has changed my life completely. I have found that taekwondo gives me the ability to handle the stress of day to day life. Aside from my kids' births and my wedding, my two fondest memories in life are when Mr. Scheffler [master black belt] handed me my orange belt and when Mr. Perra [master black belt] handed me my green belt and said that I had "proved him wrong." I have never worked so hard for something! Rouleau's TKD is also great for the kids. In this day and age where a lot of kids are very out of shape, my kids' doctors always say it's refreshing to see such physically-fit kids come to his office!

And, to my parents, my wife and all the great instructors who had a part in my son Adam Jr winning gold in Atlanta, thank you very much!
